NOT SO MUCH……
Well, I took my measurments today and stepped on the scale. Not really sure what’s going on?????
I have been eating well, and exercising. My scale says that I am exactly the same or maybe even heavier(just below 190) - THAT SUCKS! and my measurements say that I have lost about .25 of an inch from my waist, butt, thighs, and knees. I mean it’s not “nothing” But it’s not amazing either. Oh well, I will NOT give up or jump off the wagon. I am very determined to lose weight and get in shape.
I went to the Chiropracter yesterday and got adjusted. It felt awesome, now I hurt worse than I did before I went. They have this new warm up routine that you are supposed to do before you get adjusted. It is supposed to “lubricate your spine” Whatever! I think that it ends up killing me worse than the adjustment. But, My neck and upper shoulders were very out. So much so, that I couldn’t even stand up straight. My posture was horrible. And he said that my lower back was extremely out as well - I didn’t know that. Now, I just hurt everywhere. I want to take an Advil, but the only “safe” Atkins painkiller is Tylenol - everything else can halt your weight loss. So, I’m weighing the pros and cons right now.
I got Jon to take some pictures of me yesterday - I think they look horrible, but will post them anyway. This is after 1 month on Atkins, and I am now easily in a size 15 and some 13’s. About 190 lbs. Got to track the progress from large to not so large.
