Here we are in the ever so tiring 2 weeks of Nit patrol. I looked through Xandra’s Hair tonight, and apparently I did an extremely louse-y job of combing through last night.

She had quite a few eggs in her hair. Yuck, and by the time I thought I was finished and only had one little patch of hair left at the top of her head - You’ll never believe - I found living tiny lice. They must have just hatched today. They were no bigger than the eggs, but man did they move.

SOOOOOOOOOOO, we got out he leftover bottles of Nix. and dumped them on her head for 10 minutes. After that, I didn’t have the heart to comb through her hair again. We had just finished 2 hours of combing. So, We smothered her hair in Olive Oil, and wrapped it in a towel and covered it with a shower cap. I’m hoping that will work.

I will have to wash it out tomorrow morning, and then comb her hair out again. SICK, SICK, SICK!

I looked through Geli’s and J’s hair again tonight, and still nothing. I really hope that this will not spread.

I am so itchy!! My head is just going crazy, but Jon has looked twice now, and says nothings there. I really hope not! I think I may just go and buy some hair color and dye my hair. I need to anyhow, and this might just keep me from getting any.shiver I wish this would just all go away.

I’ve been bleeding so much, and I’m getting really emotional. I cried a couple of times today. I’m not usually a crybaby, so this is unusual for me, but if things haven’t tapered off by Monday, I’ll give my Dr. a call.

Well, we have stuck our bedding in the dryer, and need to put our pillows in as well. So, I’m off to do that.
