Family Photos

Xandra '05I started taking my annual family photos today.

I stayed home from church because we have been so busy, and I just need some slow-down time. I’m supposed to be cleaning the house. Ha Ha Ha! Yah Right! I decided to take Xandra’s pics instead becuase it’s so much more fun than cleaning the house! J and Xan stayed home with me, and Geli went with Jon to church. The only reason he went today was because he had to - he was on sound!

I decided that because I only have the two kids, and J was really interested in some crap show on TV that I would start with Xan’s pics. I have to say that she’s the easiest to photograph, and I knew that I’d get at least 1 good shot, and not be completely frustrated with her. I can’t always say the same for Geli and J. They mean well, but get annoyed or annoying when it’s photo time. I also need to cut J’s hair(he’s getting that drowned rat look) and might do that today in order to procrastinate even more on the “Oh So Necessary House-Cleaning

It’s amazing how quickly a house can completely fall apart!

I’ve posted a bunch of her shots in the photo section. You can check them out, and let me know which are your favorites.

I think it’s funny to look at the set, because you can see how stiff and fake she was when we started out, and then we get some really good, real and amazing shots when she realaxed, and then it progressed to her goofing around becaue she was gettin’ tired and bored. I know that not all of them are amazingly good shots, but I left some of them in becasuse they are “funny”, or” cute” or “just her.”

Hope you enjoy them! Let me know what you think?
