On a More Positive Note….
I cleaned out my dresser yesterday.
I have been so frustrated trying to get dressed, and when I look in my dresser, I can’t figure out why I’m so frustrated. It’s full. How difficult could it possibly be to put some clothes on, when your dresser is full to overflowing?
So, I packed up every top that doesn’t fit me, and other than the shirt I’m wearing, and one that is in the wash – here is what my dresser looks like now.
Yup, I have two maternity shirts in there, and one sweater shirt. I’m wearing another t-shirt, and have one in the wash. The 2 shirts on the top shelf are almost too small. YICKES!
I used to have a ton of maternity clothes, and I lent them all out, and I have no idea who I lent them to. I know that some of them would be out of style by now, but I did have some t-shirts that I could have used – Just plain t-shirts! and I had one pair of grey stretchy pants that looked kinda like yoga pants that I would have totally used. Oh well! I have 3 pairs of pants, and when it decides to warm up I have a jean skirt, and a white pair of capri’s and a pair of jean capri’s.
I’m getting a lot bigger with this pregnancy than I ever have with any of my other pregnancies. It’s fun, and stressfull all at the same time.
I need some more tops. JON, I NEED SOME CLOTHES! This is what I packed away! Not that I wear them all, all the time – That’s my year round stash of tops. All too small. But, the positive side to this, other than needing new clothes, is that I CONFIDENTLY packed away the too small clothes. I didn’t do this with either Nathaniel or baby #5. Mind you, as I mentioned earlier, I didn’t get this big this fast with either of them, and was probably still wearing my normal shirts at this point in those pregnancies.
Fear played huge factor in my last two pregnancies, and I refuse to listen to it whispering to me. I will have this baby, and it will be healthy. I will go to full term, and have an amazing delivery.
See, I am doing better than my complaing sounds. I just get tired….Ha, Ha, Ha……”Sick and Tired” sometimes.
Oh well, I’m off to encourage Jon to make more money so that I can get somethings that fit me.
