So Long, Sweet Friend! You Will Be Missed!
Apparently……..TODAY was THE DAY!
For what????? Glad you asked!!!
Today was the day to finally let it go!
See, I’ve been hanging on to this “thing” for WAAAAAAAY longer than I should have. It’s been something that I’ve carried with me for probably the last 6 years. It’s always been there for me when I was having an “off” day. It comforted me in the bad times, and didn’t demand anything of me when I didn’t need it.

And when we stopped rolling on the floor laughing and put the camera down, and he had removed them. I threw them in the garbage. Jon was so excited to see those “beauties” tossed that I’m pretty sure he squealed like a giddy little school girl. This of course, was not the same reaction that he gave me when I crawled into bed lat night with those same “beauties” on.
Now, don’t lie! You all have certain items of clothing that you shoulda let go of, a long time ago, eh????? I’m not alone in this, am I???
They were my favorite pair of ugly old underwear. They didn’t go “crack crawling”! Their was no “fat squish-age”. Mind you, there was pretty much no elastic left, and I had basically decided when I slipped into them last night and had to sew up about 3 inches of the waist band, that it was about time! Still, it was hard to let them go! They’ve been through a lot with me - Literally, they’ve been there through the “Thick and Thin”.
Judging by the stretched out elastic “arm holes” - they wouldn’t have fit ever again!
So long, sweet friend! You will be missed!

That sounds like something La would have done as a child… I remember her coming out in all sorts of things, from nothing to feminie napkins pasted to herself…. kids eh?!

You crack me up!! No one but you, and of course the ‘J-man’ could come up with day to day life events, that can be captured by camera, and put on the internet. (remember the FISH in the toilet picture?? or…dare I remind you, of your kids all quietly looking over the balcony..) Yup! You’re camera shots should be made into a book, ” My Life with JJ.”

Okay, maybe I’m missing an important step here, so I’ll walk through this slowly and you can let me know where I’ve gone wrong.
You wore the underwear to bed last night.
Jon was the opposite of not pleased when you climbed into bed wearing them.
JJ put them on this morning.
Umm…..
Did I miss the sentence about laundry??? Or did JJ somehow find a previously worn pair of skivvies and put them over top of his clean clothes?
Maybe we don’t know each other well enough for this! haha

Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding!
Give the Lady a prize!
Yup! Not only was it the world’s oldest and nastiest pair of ginch, but they had not been laundered yet!
Sweet, eh?
That’ll teach me to not leave my dirty clothes on the floor of my bedroom.

That is hilarious!!! I am ashamed to admit that I’ve got some old beautes I’ve been hanging on to…it’s so hard to say goodbye to the comfy ones that don’t have elastic anymore!!
