Thanks for the encouragement yesyerday. Things are much better today. I enjoy reading about this stuff too. I really think that I should take my oldest son in for testing, that may explin a few of his issues. It is neat to know how well it is working and how quickly too. Keep sharing!

Well, I haven't gotten the other kids tested yet, but they are on the same diet as J is, basically.

I'm not as freaky about them having exactly what he is having, but they are not allowed to have sugar or dairy or wheat.

I didn't think it was fair to him, and seeing as they would probably have issues with those things, I just figured that I'd give them a head start of getting used to eating like this so that when they went in, #1 they'd be healthier, and #2 they'd be ahead of the game, and maybe then they wouldn't have quite the amount of intolerances that J has.

All for one and one for all. That's the way we are playing this game here at our house. Makes for everybody to be happier and healthier.

no... please keep talking about this! I am so glad that you have seen a difference in JJ already! I haven't too much with Hailey but.....she has cheated SO much! it is hard for just 1 to change while the rest are eating all the things she wants! I can't wait to get the rest of the girls tested to see if they have similar allergies. I also find snacks the hardest part....something to fill her up and not wig her out!! I think I should start keep a food diary for her too!
