Chris Kennedy Update - Transport
I got a message from Patti at 9:20am that the transport crew was there and getting Chris ready for transport to the Coast. Please pray for a smooth transport, and for the best possible medical team at VGH for him. Also when he gets here he is going straight into surgery, so pray for that to go better than expected as well. We aren’t entirely sure what this surgery is for, except we think that it is reconstructive in some way.
So keep Chris in your prayers today.

Yes, definately he is in our prayers. Along with Nina and the rest of the family.

Chris arrived safely to the emergency dept. of VGH at around 1 pm…it was so good to see his beautiful face. And to see him open his eyes and squeeze my hand..I reminded him of how loved he is, and it was a blessing to be able to pray over him..it is unbelievably busy in the emergency right now, and he will have a bed in the ICU as soon as they can transfer someone out(may be a few hours for that to happen) The plastic surgeon is still to see Chris’s arm, but while I was there, we removed his dressing and the trauma doctor took a look and said,”well, he’s been sent to the right place”..pray that they will be able to have o.r. time as soon as needed and that God continues to guide the earthly hands of those caring for Chris..

Praise God from whom all blessings flow –that is what keeps going thro my mind as I think of Gods’ goodness in all the affairs of His precious child Chris . Our prayers will continue to uphold Chris and Nina ,and all those involved in caring for Chris. Thank the Lord for Sherry being where she is Our love and prayers Grandpa and Grandma

Just a Note Patti,,Gerry will be searching at work for any news articles in Province or Sun regarding the accident.
