We Need More Prayer for Chris Kennedy
He went into the OR this morning, and once again they had to stop as he crashed while they were getting him ready.
The doctors are starting at square one and retesting him all over again to try and find the source of the infection. They have him on some pretty hefty doses of general antibiotics, and still the infection in lingering.
We need some pretty serious prayer that the infection would go away, or be found and be able to be dealt with.
He was pretty unstable when Mom saw him after they brought him back from the OR. He seems to be holding his own at this exact minute, but it’s pretty serious.
Please pray for Chris that God would touch him, and heal him. Pray that the infection would be eradicated from his body, and that God would complete the work that He’s begun in Chris’s life.
Pray for wisdom for the Doctors and the medical community.Â
Pray for Nina. I asked her how she was doing yesterday, and while she is doing as well as can be expected, this is all very wearing on her.  So, pray for strength, peace and comfort that God will bring them through this, and that she would be able to rest in the knowledge that God is holding both her and Chris the whole way through these trying times.
Also pray for complete healing for Nina from the Graves Disease!
Don’t forget to pray for the Kennedy and the Haukka families as they also walk through this time; that they would be strengthened and that their faith would stand strong in the face of every report.
Thanks for all your prayers. It means so much to know that we have family and friends standing strong beside us and declaring the life giving Word of God over Chris and Nina’s life and this situation.

it appears this family has big big things ahead of them. things that certain powers do not want to come to pass.

Still praying with you everyday. The Word that comes to my mind at this time is, “Not by might nor by power but by My Spirit saith the Lord.” The Lord knows the source of this infection. We’ll continue to pray for guidance for the doctors.
If we feel this much love for Chris and Nina and this much pain at their suffering, how much more the Lord. How Great is His mercy! Still praying through our tears.

I was thankful today for the skilled help that was there to take care of Chris as all seem to come crashing down in that operating room…but I was more thankful that “I proclaim the name of the Lord: ascribe greatness to our God . He IS the Rock. His work IS perfect, for all His ways are Justice, and God of truth and without injustice, righteous and upright is He” Deuteronomy 32:3.4 Long before we were born, we were in God’s heart…our Father knows best and all of our concerns are taken care of…I thank you Father for the strength you promise us on a daily basis, and we WILL go through each day,one day at a time, with your peace and protection. Be with Chris..give him the rest of the righteous and renew his strength…Amen.

Jehovah Rafa (which means the Great Healer), the El Shaddai (which means Almighty God), I thank you for this opportunity to pray for a member of the body of Christ. I ask for healing for both Nina and Chris. If it is your will to restore them back to healthy individuals, please do so. If it is your will otherwise, and I mean it liberally, may you bring peace to Nina, Chris and all the family and friends surrounding them. Ultimately, it is You that all Glory will be given.
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power of Christ that is @ work within us. To Him be the glory in the church and through Christ Jesus througout all generations forever and ever (eph. 3:20-21), In the precious name of Jesus Christ, I pray these things, Amen.

We just got back from the hospital. He was stable again they said and his temperature is dropping. I pray God will encourage him strengthen him in the inner man and rise up inside him. I call Chris’ spirit to rise up and be stong in the Lord and in the power of His Might. I pray he will rest well tonight and awake to fight the good fight of faith.For He is more than a conqueror, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Cant sleep.
It is now 230 am. So I figure since I am up awake. I will use this time to pray for Chris.
Praying that Chris infection is gone. Praying for Chris blood count white and red cells to be normal count. Praying for Chris Immune system to be strong. Praying for eagles wings in Chris spirit that he not feel weary.
Praying that the devil will give up and quit. Praying for more warrier angels surrounding Chris and Chris/Nina/’s family and relatives. More warrier angels. More healing power. More peace. More word of God rises up in all of your spirit.
Chris is the apple of God’s eye.
Praying for Holy Spirit guidance among VGH staff.

A phone call to the hopital and they say he was awake on and off from around 3 am. He is responding again. yes and no’s, no pain. When they tried to get him to write, he kept throwing the pen. These are good things.. Praise the Lord. He’s spirit is strong. WE continue to pray for a good day and the ablilty to comunicate enough that it is not too frustrating. thanks again for all the prayer support. God bless you

Chris, we all stand with you and fight!! Against the strongholds that continue to hang on and bring discouragement!! ‘Spirit of infirmity be gone from all influence in this body.’
Infections!!….. be gone.. in Jesus name!!
