Chris was still in bed but had gotten himself dressed and back into bed after using the ‘bathroom chair’…as soon as he saw me he said,with tears in his eyes, “Aunty Sherry, you shouldn’t be here, you should be at home sleeping”

Well, of course, that brought tears to my eyes because in true Christopher fashion, even in the midst of his own distress, he was concerned for someone else. We both had a little cry, and then after thanking God for His grace and the support that we have in our earthly family, I told Chris to get his butt back out of bed and show me where the nearest Starbucks was(eat your heart out Kare!)

I managed to maneuver him there without a hitch and we had a nice talk and then Patti and the kids tracked us down. Chris was so happy to see the children(and I’m sure Patti too!)

Pray for Chris that he is able to see the progress he is making and that the enemy would not be able to discourage him with fear and worry.

Thank you Lord that you are restoring Chris day by day,and renewing his spirit and I thank you for the blessing he has been to me.
