Wishing you the Best for the New Year…..

We are so thankful for the goodness and the mercies of God. We have hope even where there seems no hope.

So we can look ahead with confidence that God is with us and has gone before us and prepared the path we take.

We have seen this over and over this past year concerning the many Miracles He has done for Chris and in his life and the lives of our family. There are many more miracles and completion of things He has already begun, that we are rejoicing and looking forward to see the fulfilling of. Our God is an awesome God.

Also I would like you to stand with us believing God for a complete miraculous recovery for our Dad, Loyd Kennedy.

He woke really early on New Years Morning hardly able to talk…. They said it was a stroke. Mark and his brother Dan went in to North Van right away. They and my sister Sherry, spent most of the day with him at the hospital. His speech is still slurred but is improving and he is believing for a total recovery in Jesus Name. There is no God like our God.

The past few days this kept going over and over in my heart and mind….

… Speak to that mountain in Jesus Name for there is nothing that is too difficult for our God.

God Bless you all and I pray God’s mercy and kindness surround you this year.

Love Karen

Dear Karen, So nice to hear that Chris is doing so good. Yes, God’s Mercy and Kindness does extend to all of us. Will be praying for Lloyd’s recovery. He is a man of the WORD and one of God’s children. God will satisfy him with long life.
The year 2008 should be an amazing one for all of us because our lives are hid in Jesus Christ. How wonderful to know that we are not alone, and that He is always with us to bless us and do us good.
Love you Karen, will have to get together real soon.

Loyd is doing really well. He is home now. He did have a bout of Nor Walk Virus but God has delivered him from it all. His speech is getting clearer everyday.

Chris has surgery on Monday. We are believing for return of full use and healing in every way for his arm and hand. We also are excited about his jaw and teeth as things are moving forward there. He has an appointment with the specialist to arrange things concerning the financial end of things. Pray with us that things will go smoothly.
The specialist told us that one day they would be able to grow new teeth but it will not happen in his life time. So lets ask God for a miracle and show the glory of God. I like for Jesus to put new tooth buds in Chris’ mouth and have the new teeth grow as a declaration of the glory of God. That would be in keeping with the first thing God told me when this all began. That Chris would live and not die and declare the Glory of God.

Chris’ foot is also in line for a miracle. We want Jesus to rebuild his foot and complete the healing that has begun. He is walking on a foot that was crushed to powder in the accident. The bone specialist is amazed that he can walk on it the way it is. And before Chris was spending so much time on his feet, it didn’t bother him when hew walked. Now is time for action. So let go for another miracle. Thank you Jesus.

Chris is helping me post this.So keep it real
All the best in the New Year. Love Karen
