Pics of Chris’s Vehicle
These are just a few pictures of what Chris’s SUV looked like after the accident.
Here is the front view and you can see that the car was basically sheared from about 1/3 of the way through the front bumper almost all the way to the back of the vehicle.
Here is a view looking at where the front left tire should be. The dashboard fell down on to his leg because the frame that supported it was torn away and that is how his leg and foot got broken and crushed.
and here is a view from the back left corner…you can see what a shambles the vehicle actually is with wires everywhere and the metal so twisted….it truly is a miracle that he is even alive.

Just to let anyone know…
Chris is going in for surgery tomorrow. It’s sort of last minute and to deal with infection that could be coming back in his leg, and some pain he’s been having. He went to see the doc today (Tuesday) and the Doc told him to stay in town and come back to check into emergency tonight at 7:30pm. The surgery is to happen Wednesday morning, pending other emergency surgeries. Chris has been doing so well, and we continue to thank you for your prayers. I’m sure there will be a more updated account of all this soon.
But feel free to remember him Wednesday morning.

It is amazing that anyone could live through such a thing.
God is so good. It will be cool to be a few years down the road and look back on this time and just see what God has done and to realize all the things that he has been doing in the background.
